Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is [LinkQR Ltd, registered address, company number].

2. Who can enter

• UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Not open to employees of the promoter or of any store or brand taking part, their households, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. How to enter

• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
• Scan a LinkQR display, sign in with a verified email address and select "Enter today's draw".
• One entry per display per person per day, and up to 3 entries per person per day in total.
• One account per person. Entries made using multiple accounts, automated means or shared codes may be void.

4. Draws and tickets

• Daily draw: one ticket for each valid entry that day (UK time).
• Weekly draw (Monday to Sunday): one ticket for each day you made at least one valid entry.
• Monthly draw: one ticket for each day in the calendar month you made at least one valid entry.
• Draws are made after the period closes, at random, using the verifiable process described on the results page.

5. Prizes

• Daily: £10 e-gift card
• Weekly: £50 e-gift card
• Monthly: £250 e-gift card
• Prizes are as stated at the time the draw opens. No cash alternative. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms.

6. Winners

• Winners are emailed and must reply within 14 days, or a new winner is drawn.
• Prizes are sent within 30 days of confirmation.
• Winners' first name and county are available on request, and winners can object to this.

7. Fairness

We may review, suspend or void entries that we reasonably believe break these terms, including entries showing signs of code sharing, automation or multiple accounts.
